Top Down Games on iOS in Ecuador: Q2 2021 Performance

In the second quarter of 2021, the top-down games category on iOS in Ecuador saw varied performance among the leading apps. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps displayed unique trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Parchisi STAR from Gameberry Labs maintained a relatively stable weekly revenue, peaking at around $2.1K in early April. Downloads saw a notable spike, reaching approximately 7.2K in the week of April 19, before gradually declining. Active users showed a slight downward trend from over 71K to around 60K by the end of June.

Bridge Race by SUPERSONIC STUDIOS LTD experienced modest weekly revenue, with a peak of about $30 in late May. Downloads initially surged to 4.3K in mid-April but gradually decreased, ending the quarter at just over 900. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at around 9.3K in April and settling at approximately 3.6K by the end of June.

Among Us! from InnerSloth LLC saw a consistent drop in weekly downloads from 2.1K at the start of the quarter to about 1.2K. Revenue remained low, fluctuating between $23 and $74 throughout the quarter. The number of active users also declined steadily from over 20K to around 14.3K.

Clash Royale by Supercell showed an upward trend in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads peaked at 2.1K in early June, while active users increased from 31.5K to nearly 47K by the end of June. Revenue varied throughout the quarter, with a notable peak of approximately $2.4K in early June.

Finally, 8 Ball Pool™ from Miniclip.com recorded stable active user numbers, maintaining around 37.8K to 38.3K throughout the quarter. Downloads saw a decline from 1.4K to around 824 in late June. Revenue peaked at $523 in early June, showing some fluctuation during the quarter.
